Arrival notes
Parking is free on site and clearly marked for admissions arrivals. If you are driving someone in crisis, pull directly into the admissions semicircle; a nurse can meet the vehicle. If you are arriving by rideshare, the address is 2004 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050, and the main entrance faces the street.
Service Area
IBRP Rehab primarily serves patients across Santa Clara County and the broader South Bay — a fifty-mile radius that includes Santa Clara, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos, and the surrounding communities. The El Camino Real location puts us within twenty minutes of most Bay Area emergency departments, which is why so many of our admissions come directly from hospital referrals.
We regularly admit patients transferring from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Stanford Health Care, El Camino Hospital, Kaiser Santa Clara, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Regional Medical Center of San Jose. Hospital-to-hospital transfers are coordinated directly between our admissions team and the referring clinician, usually within a few hours of the initial call.
Patients traveling from outside the Bay Area are welcome. Our admissions team handles airport pickup from SFO, SJC, and OAK, and coordinates pre-admission logistics so that the first day is about arrival, not navigation.
